Singapore Visa Application Procedure

Dear applicants,

You shall obtain an electronic visa if you intend to visit Singapore for travelling or business purposes or on your friend’s or relative’s invitation.

You shall go to the Moscow or any regional office of PONY EXPRESS messenger service and file the documents pursuant to the list.

• Our manager will check availability of any data required to fill in the electronic application form at the Web site of the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of the Republic of Singapore, in particular, make scanning copies of the visa application documents.
• You'll need to pay the consular fee fixed by the Embassy of Singapore (750 RUB) and for PONY EXPRESS services (600 RUB).
• At the cashier you'll get the following: the invoice specifying the data required (the applicant’s full name, passport ID, date of birth, e-mail (obligatory) and contact phone number)), receipts related to payment of the consular fee and for PONY EXPRESS services.

  Please note that anyone applying for a Singapore visa at any regional office of the Company shall receive the documents certifying payment of the consular fee, for PONY EXPRESS services and invoice ID by e-mail.

• The applicant’s electronic Singapore visa application will be handled by the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of the Republic of Singapore within the term from 1 up to 3 days. If positive, you will receive your electronic visa by e-mail.
• The visa may be printed at ANY typewriter using A4 white paper and shall be a legal permit to stay within the territory of the Republic of Singapore. Besides, you may get the conformation printed out at any PONY EXPRESS office in Russia.

  ОPlease note that there will be NO stamp in the passport specifying you’ve obtained a Singapore visa. The e-mail by the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of the Republic of Singapore specifying the unique ID shall be a visa confirmation and legal permit to stay in Singapore.
