Procedure of document submission for receipt of Visa to Japan
Dear applicants!
PONY EXPRESS starts reception of documents for procurement of single entry and multi-entry visas to Japan (with duration of stay not longer than 90 days) for Russian citizens, for the purpose of short-term trips:
- Trips of businesslike character
- Visits to relatives and acquaintances
- Holiday trips
The visas for Russian citizens are issued free of charge.
You are offered an opportunity to fill in an application for a trip to Japan without leaving your residence region.
We wish to draw up your attention to the fact that Applicants from Primorsky Krai, Kamchatsky krai, the Magadan Region shall submit documents for procurement of Japan visa to the Consulate General in Vladivostok.
Citizens of the Republic of Buryatia, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur Region, the Irkutsk Region, the Chita Region, the Jewish autonomous district, the Aginsk Buryat Autonomous District shall submit their documents to the Consulate General in Khabarovsk. Applicants from the Sakhalin Region submit their documents to the Consulate General in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Procedure of document submission for procurement of visas
Visa application is quite simple:
- You shall get in touch with the inviting party which prepares “Documents prepared on the Japanese part” beforehand. Original documents are accepted. It is recommended to keep copies of these documents in case any questions arise at application review. The procedure for procurement of visa may take long time. Therefore it is recommended to draw up and send documents in advance.
- Prepare documents for procurement of visa that the Applicant shall prepare
- Package of documents shall be submitted to the Moscow or regional office êof PONY EXPRESS Courier Company. Our specialist will check the presence of complete package of documents for visa application.
- You shall pay service fee of PONY EXPRESS company at the cash register. You will be given: invoice with necessary data (Family name, Name, Patronymic of the applicant, passport number, birth date, electronic mail address and contact telephone number); cashier's check for payment for services of PONY EXPRESS.
Delivery of documents, issued by the Embassy is performed within the Russian Federation at the address specified by the applicant. In case change of earlier specified delivery address is required, you shall fill an application form .
