China visa application procedure.

Dear applicants!

PONY EXPRESS starts to accept applications for non-expedited processing of visas to China for the Russian citizens for the purpose of making:

trips of business nature
educational trips
working visits
holiday trips

To obtain visas, the residents of Saint Petersburg, Republic of Karelia, Leningrad, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Novgorod and Pskov Regions shall apply to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Saint Petersburg.

The residents of the Primorsk Territory and Khabarovsk Territory, Amur, Irkutsk, Sakhalin, Chita Regions and Jewish Autonomous Region shall apply to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Khabarovsk.

The residents of Vladivostok shall apply to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Vladivostok.

The residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk Regions shall apply to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Yekaterinburg.

The residents of the Zabaikalye Territory, Irkutsk and Chita Regions, Republics of Buryatiya, Khakassia and Tyva shall apply to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Irkutsk.

Citizens of the Russian Federation can enter Hong Kong without a visa for a period of 14 days. In case of stay over 14 days the corresponding visa shall be obtained in the Embassy.

The procedure of application for a visa includes submission of documents in accordance with the list, identified by the Chinese Embassy.

The documents shall be submitted to one of the offices in Moscow or in the regions.

A visa service specialist shall accept the documents in accordance with the PRC Embassy requirements.
You will have to pay a visa fee and service fee at the cash register. You will get the following: the invoice with necessary data (Last name, Name, Patronymic of the applicant, passport number, date of birth, email address and contact telephone number); cashier's receipts related to payment for PONY EXPRESS services and payment of the consular fee.
Your package of documents will be delivered to the Chinese Embassy.
The period of consideration of any visa applications by the Embassy shall not exceed 6 days. Under certain circumstances the Embassy reserves the right to extend the period of consideration of visa applications at its discretion.
The documents issued by the Chinese Embassy in Moscow shall be delivered within the territory of the RF at the address specified by the applicant.
