Canada Visa Application Procedure

Please make sure you apply for a Canada visa you need prior to filing your documents. In case of any doubt you may take opinion by sending your request to the Embassy of Canada in Moscow to mosco.visitor@international.gc.ca.

The reciprocity fee must be paid through PONY EXPRESS.

From April 1, 2012 according to requirements of Canadian Embassy reception of payments for transferring consular fee will be accepted only on the basis of filled visa application form or letter from Canadian Embassy with indication of type of payment.

You may apply for a visa on your own by filing to the Embassy of Canada upon obligatory payment of the reciprocity fee through the Company. Upon payment thereof you need to arrive to the Embassy of Canada on visiting days from 8.30 a.m. till 10.00 a.m. and have the date and time for filling your application appointed. The cost of service rendered by PONY EXPRESS with regard to reciprocity fee payment is specified in PONY EXPRESS tariffs section.

If you intend to apply for a Canada visa through PONY EXPRESS,

you shall proceed as follows:

• Submit a package of documents completed as specified in the list approved by the Embassy of Canada depending on the purpose of your visit to PONY EXPRESS office in Moscow or any other office of the messenger service within the territory of the Russian Federation.
• You’ll be required to fill in the form of return delivery as well as the application-consent to make use of provider services rendered by PONY EXPRESS at the Company’s office.
• Our manager will accept your application for a Canada visa and all the documents required as specified in the list depending on the visa status you need.
• Then, you need to pay the reciprocity fee and for PONY EXPRESS services at the desk and get an invoice with payment receipts.
• Your package of documents completed will be delivered to the Embassy of Canada.
• Documents issued by the Embassy of Canada are delivered within the territory of the Russian Federation at the address specified by the applicant. The customer in his or her own discretion (i.e. on demand) may choose the documents to be received at any office of OJSC “FREIGHT LINK” (PONY EXPRESS) or delivered at the address within the territory of the Russian Federation specified by the customer if included in the list of towns the Company renders its services in. In case your town is not specified therein, the documents shall be delivered to the nearest regional centre by a letter to be called for. If you like to change the address specified for the aforesaid purposes, you shall fill in the application.
