1. After filling out the DS-160 I was able to print out the confirmation, but the questionnaire has not been preserved. What to do?

   For filing in the PONY EXPRESS you need to provide confirmation page DS-160, the questionnaire itself is not required.

2. I intend to get a tourist visa to Canada for me and my wife; I’ll take the documents to the embassy on my own. Can I pay the consular fees to the Canadian Embassy by PONY EXPRESS?

   You can make payment at any PONY EXPRESS office (branch), receiving documents for the visa. For registration payment you will need to provide the following information: Name of applicant, number of passport of the applicant, date of birth. Cost of PONY EXPRESS services for transfer funds to the Canadian Embassy will be 150 rubles for each payment.

3. Yesterday I passed for a visa at the Moscow PONY EXPRESS office. Late in the evening I received an SMS-message. Explain what is it?

   You might have received notification that the visa fee is listed in the embassy.

4. I decided to change the address of delivery return for my passport. How should I do it?

   You need to send the application form indicating the new address to our office. Such applications are considered strictly till 17-00. Later statements will be processed by the next day.

5. I expect for my passport delivery. Can my grandmother get it for me; she is more often at home?

   Your grandmother can get your passport with the original of your invoice.

6. Please tell me how to know where my passport is?

   You can track the movement of documents on our website in the "visa tracking overhead."

7. Can I take the insurance for my mother in your office, she is going abroad?

   Yes, you can do it in Moscow or regional office of PONY EXPRESS. You will need the following departing: Name, as stated in the passport, birth date and duration of the planned trip
