Visa Service Documents

Conditions of visa services provision shall be a public offer to enter into an agreement. Payment for services by the customer as provided by Article 2 (Tariffs) hereof shall be deemed his/her consent to execute the agreement on terms and conditions specified hereinabove.

1. Delivery address change application

   The passport delivery address shall be subject to change only by the applicant, addressee specified in the invoice or payer (a person submitting the documents for a visa).

   The form shall attach a photocopy of the front page of the civil passport of the person executing the application.

2. Application to the Consular Section of the Embassy of nonimmigrant visas of Canada.

   With application on the termination of proceedings for getting the non-immigrant visa or with application for delivery of additional documents to the Embassy of Canada may appeal only the applicant.

   The application should enclose a copy of the front page of applicant passport, who wrote the statement.

3. Payslip for payments through Sberbank of Russia

   The consular, reciprocity and the Company’s service fees shall be paid independently.

   You are not allowed to pay different fees through a single payslip.

Agreement

The agreement shall be executed for the purpose of messenger service and consular fee payment by a wire transfer.
